NICOLE PURCELL
Nicole Purcell has been leading the Clio Awards as CEO since 2010. Under her leadership, the Clios expanded from just two shows per year to six different programs: Clio Awards, Clio Entertainment, Clio Sports, Clio Music, Clio Health, and Super Clio. Additionally, she developed a network of creative market trades called Muse by Clio and Ads of the World.
During her tenure, she identified a growing demand for creative excellence workshops from clients and envisioned Awards360. With her expertise in organizing world-class events, she saw an opportunity to combine these elements into a unique venture with significant growth potential. In 2024, alongside her duties at Clio, she launched Awards360.

DAN PARENTE
As Special Events Director for Maxim Magazine, Dan Parente created “The Maxim Party,” including the Maxim Super Bowl and Hot 100 Parties. His innovative approach to special events was unmatched.
In 2005, Dan left Maxim to form Bookem Danno Productions, leveraging over a decade of experience. This group excelled in event conception, production services, design, and talent relationships. Clients included Pepsi, Rolling Stone, Montblanc, Coors Light, Fast Company, and Porsche.
In 2019, Dan designed award shows for the CLIO Awards, earning Bizbash's Gala of the Decade Award. He eventually merged Bookem Danno Productions with Awards360, becoming a partner and co-founder.

HARLEY SAFTLER
Harley Saftler led Ogilvy's global Creative Excellence initiative for 11 years, during which the agency won thousands of awards, including Cannes Lions Network of the Year five times, and topped WARC's Creative 100 and Effectiveness 100 rankings for four consecutive years.
He played a pivotal role in the development of 2023's most creatively awarded campaign, “Morning After Island,” the Grand-Prix for Good winning, “Refugee Nation” and the Emmy nominated, multiple Grand-Prix winning Super Bowl campaign, “Michael Cerave,” among many others. Harley also led the development of Truffles, Ogilvy and WPP's AI-powered asset management and creative metrics platform.
In 2024, Harley left Ogilvy to co-found Awards360 where he takes immense pride in helping his clients improve the efficiency and outcome of their awards entries.
